I love Oreo’s and found this super easy fudge recipe on Instagram. This is another no cook recipe so if you’re looking for something quick and easy then this is it.
Similar to last week’s Salted Caramel Fudge, this recipe takes white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk and melts it for the base of the fudge. I’m sure fudge connoisseurs would argue this isn’t a real fudge recipe, but sometimes you just want fudge without all the work.
I won’t waste time going over the recipe since it’s so simple but here’s a few notes. First, I wasn’t sure if you were supposed to leave the Oreo middle in before crushing them so I took those out. Second, I used vanilla extract (not peppermint) since I wanted just the Oreo taste.
The fudge set up really well in the fridge and cut nicely too. Taste wise I definitely tasted Oreo and the white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk really tasted like the middle of the Oreo too. It is super rich though so I could only eat a little bit. Thankfully these will be fun little Christmas treats for friends so I don’t have to worry about trying to eat the whole pan myself!
