Starbucks Blueberry Scones

Okay, I’ve made blueberry scones several times before (here and here), but I thought I’d try another recipe because I feel like I haven’t quite found my go-to recipe yet.

This recipe is a little different from some of the others I’ve tried because it calls for greek yogurt but otherwise very standard. I felt like the dough came together nicely, though I had a little trouble patting down the dough into the disc without squishing some of the blueberries. These had a nice golden top which I loved and feel like they turned out really well.

It’s actually been a while since I had Blueberry Scones from Starbucks, so I’m not sure whether I’ll be able to judge on whether it’s a copycat recipe, but it was very good. I think I’ve decided that when it comes to scones, I like a little lemon flavor in mine so I might try that the next time I make blueberry scones, but these were very good and worth trying for sure!
