Lemon Blueberry Bread

I LOVE the lemon loaf from Starbucks and while this isn’t the same it was delicious! It’s quite simple and feels a lot like a cake recipe since you mix together the dry ingredients and then the wet ingredients (minus the milk). Then you alternate between the dry ingredients and milk until it’s just mixed together; gently adding in the blueberries. That’s it – very simple!

I’ve never made a glaze with melted butter in it but it was very good. This was so good and absolutely will make it into my normal rotation as it’s easy and a great breakfast item or dessert!
